2. Steps To Onboarding for Bot Registration
The following attributes need to be completed in the form provided above:
Bot Type: Here, geographic routing needs to be specified, indicating whether the message should be sent domestically or to international destinations.
Bot Message Type: The message type refers to the category of the message, such as OTP (One-Time Password), Promotional, or Transactional.
OTP → One-time-password messages or transactions that are time-sensitive and of immediate nature. (Similar to the Transactional message category used for SMS in India).
Transactional → Notifications & information sent to existing customers of a business to provide relevant information for a customer’s existing services or products or editorial & media content. (Similar to the Service message category used for SMS in India).
Promotional --> Sales, marketing or promotional messages to new or existing customers, about new or existing or services or products with the intention to sell, x-sell, up-sell now or in the future. (Similar to the Promotional message category used for SMS in India).
Bot Name: Provide the name of the chatbot that will appear at the top of the message thread (maximum of 40 characters).
Brand Name: Enter the brand name with which your chatbot will be associated. (maximum of 100 characters)
Bot Logo: Provide a logo for your bot that will be displayed in connection with the bot's name.
Image size : 224 pixels wide x 224 pixels tall
Image Format: JPEG, JPG or PNG.
Banner Image: Provide a brand image for your bot that will be displayed in the bot's 'Info & options' screen.
Note: Your logo will be overlaid on the Banner Image (bottom center) so be careful with your design.
Image Size: 1440 pixels wide x 448 pixels tall
Short Description: Provide a short description of your bot that will briefly summarize its purpose or functionality.

Acknowledgement mail will be sent to the registered email ID within next 48 hours. An Email will be received to the registered email ID that consists of access key and Bot details. Registered entity has to share this access key & Bot details with phonon on products@phonon.io.
