Call Summary Report

This report will give consolidated call summary for 7 different defined frequencies. The report includes following fields :

Total number of calls made = Total Inbound calls + Total Outbound Calls

Total unique inbound callers

Unique callers for the day for the Inbound calls. So if, out of 10 calls that landed, 3 of them were from a repeated caller, Unique caller in the day would be 7

Total Number of Inbound calls made= Calls answered + calls failed

Number of calls that were transferred to queue or phone number

Total Daily Unique callers for Outbound Flows
