Agents can use Mobiles to take / receive calls, in order for optimal performance

  1. Preferable not to use the dual sim phones, in case of Dual sim disable secondary sim.

  2. Use different phones / network for internet and calling

  3. Disable call waiting

  4. Signal Strength : Settings App->About Phone -> Status -> SIM Status -> Signal Strength

    1. Single strength.
