Steps to be followed:

  • Please open the Google Chrome application

  • Click on a new tab and open Zoho CRM

  • Request you to login to the Zoho CRM with your valid user credentials

  • Now, click on a new Tab and open Phonon Central

  • Request you to enter valid user credentials on Phonon Interface

  • Click on “Login” button and you’ll be successfully logged in

  • Please select the “WebCall” option

  • Now, click on “Login as Agent

  • Once you are logged in successfully go to Zoho CRM and initiate a click2call request

  • Once you’ve initiated a call, you will hear a ringing sound and you’d need to click on the “Allow” button on the popup that comes on the Phonon Agent interface i.e. “central.phonon.io wants to use your microphone

  • This will only be required for the first time and from now onwards, every time you initiate a click2call, you will hear a ringing tone where you will have to go to the Agent Interface and the call will be connected automatically.
