Spocto Account Details
The Spocto Accounts are responsible for managing Robo Calling and IVR services through an automated API upload method to trigger campaigns. This account operates with a fully automated setup, including automatic DID rotations. A unique configuration is employed where a primary server (pbx-25) is linked to five other servers, allowing streamlined activation and deactivation of listeners to efficiently handle large data flows.
Key considerations for monitoring Spocto include maintaining a consistent data volume process throughout the day and verifying that DID rotations are functioning as scheduled per CRON timings. Additional monitoring can be conducted through the attached dashboards.
