Videocon’s Consent Template Registration Process

Consent Template is created to acquire prior consent from the customer to send commercial communication which is related to Service or Promotion of Product/Services of a Business Entity.
To do this for your Entity, please follow the below steps:
Log into your Videocon DLT portal with your Principle Entity login details
When the page loads, find "Consent Template" on the left-hand menu and click on it to load the page. On the page that loads, find the "Add New Consent Template" button on the right side of the page and click on it.
On the page that loads, fill in the Consent Template Name, and Create New Message fields. The Brand is automatically picked up as per your registered company name and cannot be edited.
Examples of Template Content:
We would like to send messages regarding marketing offers to our customers.
We would send special offers, new product details, and recommendations.
We need your consent to send you the best offers and updates.
Request for OTP by clicking on "Get OPT at the bottom right corner. Once received, enter the same and click on submit.
After clicking submit, the request will be reviewed by the internal team. The status will be changed from Pending to Approved or Rejected after the review is completed.
