Revoke Campaign from Phonon Central UI

A new feature of revoking campaign is launched for the OBD users. This will help to reject the remaining reattempt calls and SMSs to be schedule on the next day.

To Revoke the campaigns follow the below step:-

1- Go to the Campaigns option under the Home option select the Revoke Campaigns

 

 

2- Then click on the Revoke campaigns option and enter the request id then click on the search button.

3- To cancel the request id click on the cancel button then select Yes .

4- After clicking on the Yes button the user will get a popup (Notification) in the right side upper corner.
