Aligned with Gmail's guidelines for bulk senders, we've implemented substantial changes to bolster email security, enhance user experience, and uphold industry standards. Gone are the days of cumbersome unsubscription processes. With our new feature, opting out of emails is as simple as a single click. But we also understand that preferences can change over time. That's why we've made re-subscribing just as effortless, ensuring that your experience remains adaptable to evolving needs.

Email Unsubscription Phase 1

This upcoming feature is set to be rolled out and will automatically be enabled for all accounts. Users will enjoy improved email unsubscription capabilities from the moment it is activated, granting them better control over their email preferences. Moreover, the universal application of this feature guarantees a smooth and uniform experience across all accounts.

Now, each email is equipped with a footer containing an unsubscribe link, providing users with the ability to effortlessly manage their email preferences. Simply click on the link to take control of user subscription options, ensuring that user inbox remains tailored to your needs.

Upon clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer, users will be redirected to a new page confirming their request. This page serves as a confirmation step, ensuring that users have successfully initiated the unsubscribe process.

On this page, users will also find options to resubscribe and manage their email preferences. This streamlined process ensures that users have the flexibility to adjust their subscription status and preferences with ease.

If a user has already unsubscribed, upon clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer, they will be redirected to a page confirming their previous unsubscription. This page will provide information about their current subscription status and offer options to manage their preferences or resubscribe if they wish to do so.

If any issues arise during the process, users will be redirected to a designated error page. This page will provide assistance and guidance on how to resolve the problem encountered, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory user experience.

The "BlacklistEmailFlowMaster" table contains all data related to email unsubscriptions. Acting as the central repository for such information, it facilitates the efficient management and tracking of user preferences. NO purging mechanism is currently implemented for this table.

This feature can be deactivated by adding a property to the Account Configs. By setting "deactivate_Email_unsubscribe" to "True" in the account configurations, the email unsubscribe functionality will be disabled. This property provides administrators with the ability to control and customize the features according to the organization's needs.
